USB1.1 software

[Under Construction]

You must install the USB drivers before connecting the camera and using the software. If you need to do this, please download 'InstallUSB.zip' and run it to copy the drivers into the Windows folders. Once this has been done, open the software zip file for your camera and copy the 05472131.hex file into Windows\System32\Drivers to replace the one already there from InstallUSB. Note that it is wise to install the USB interface without the camera or power supply connected - this avoids software corruption from power transients. After the interface has connected, hook up the camera and then plug the power supply into the mains power socket. Installation under Vista is possible, but needs a different approach. Please see the 'Installing under Microsoft Vista' link on the software main page.

The software files below should be unzipped into a folder on drive C of your computer. When the exe file is first run, you will see a message about 'ini file not found'. Ignore this and press OK. Now open 'Set program defaults' from the 'File' menu and click on 'Save'. This will create the ini file and the warning message will not be seen again.
