The software files below should be unzipped into a folder on drive C of your computer. When the exe file is first run, you will see a message about 'ini file not found'. 

Ignore this and press OK. Now open 'Set program defaults' from the 'File' menu and click on 'Save'. This will create the ini file and the warning message will not be seen again.
